Cyndy Iwan's work experience includes various roles and positions in different companies. Cyndy started their career in 1993 as a Senior Consultant at Lanzikos, McDonough and Associates, where they coordinated and developed strategic and master planning processes for non-profit, health care systems, and long-term care providers. Cyndy then worked as a Consultant at First Albany Corporation in 1996.

In the same year, they joined Allied Irish Bank as an Assistant Vice President, where they provided market and strategic planning services to clients. Cyndy prepared a strategic analysis document on area housing and recommended financing structures for buildings' conversion.

From 1997 to 1999, Cyndy worked as a Market Feasibility Manager at Manor Care, managing and coordinating market feasibility studies for assisted living development efforts. Cyndy completed 45 studies across different markets and advised senior management on market and rate strategies.

In 1999, they joined The Nature Conservancy as a Business/Programmer Analyst, leading a team in the vendor selection process for creating a web conferencing solution. Cyndy also managed web-based business processes, resulting in improved branding and cost savings.

Cyndy then became an Independent Consultant from 2003 to 2005, responsible for implementing OMB 300s for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Cyndy developed complex Excel templates and input budget information for OMB submissions.

Since 2005, Cyndy has been working at Chevo Consulting, LLC. Cyndy initially served as an IT Portfolio Management Practice Area Lead, where they were a subject matter expert for clients in various areas. Cyndy developed methodologies, tools, and mentored consultants.

Currently, they are the Vice President of Service Delivery at Chevo Consulting, LLC, where they lead the maturity, collaboration, and success of the company's service delivery. Cyndy identifies and leads the development of processes, tools, and templates and enhances collaboration across delivery teams. Cyndy also facilitates staff professional development and helps market Chevo services.

Cyndy Iwan obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Journalism from Boston University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Following this, they pursued an MBA with a concentration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the same university, completing their studies from 1991 to 1994.
