Alejandro Arbelaez is an experienced professional in the petroleum and energy sectors, with a notable tenure at Chevron from October 2017 to November 2022. In various managerial roles, including Manager of Corporate Reservoir Management Performance, Framework & Standards, Alejandro supported subsurface functional excellence for Chevron's global Upstream Assets. Additionally, as Manager of Exploitation for the Hamaca Field, responsibilities included overseeing asset development, steam injection, well optimization, and production within a $230 million annual budget, while leading a 105-person multifunctional team. Also directed the Hamaca Field Thermal Project, managing a team with an $80 million budget.
