Carl Harris

Carl Harris is an experienced finance professional with extensive expertise in corporate finance and investment banking, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Finance & Investment Banking at Chevron since March 2022. Prior to this role, Carl held positions at Renewable Energy Group, Inc., focusing on M&A and financing opportunities, and at Constellation, where support was provided for M&A activities and financial planning in the Retail Energy business. Experience also includes managing energy product strategy at Bloomberg BGov and directing finance operations at Antares Group, Inc. Carl holds an M.B.A. in Corporate Financial Management from the American University - Kogod School of Business and a B.S. in Environmental Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
