Cheng Chen is a seasoned professional in process engineering with over a decade of experience in key roles at Chevron and Shell. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineering/Process Engineering Advisor at Chevron since February 2014, Cheng Chen leads initiatives focused on process optimization for lower carbon emissions, waste heat utilization, and greenhouse gas reduction. Cheng Chen also coaches and mentors process engineers and fosters team development. Prior to this role, Cheng Chen worked as an Advisor, optimizing employee placement and supporting measurement and lab operations.
