Clayton Pritchard

Clayton Pritchard possesses extensive experience in environmental management and workforce health and safety, primarily with Chevron since 2008. Currently serving as the Workforce Health & Safety Team Lead and Environment Team Lead - Operations, Clayton is responsible for overseeing environmental management for marine projects associated with the Gorgon Project, ensuring compliance with regulatory conditions, and driving contractor performance through KPI development. Previously, as an Environmental Specialist, Clayton coordinated contractor management and enforced environmental compliance across operations. Earlier roles include Environmental Coordinator at St Barbara Limited and Environmental Scientist at AECOM Australia Pty Ltd. Clayton holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Science from Edith Cowan University.
