Joyce Beaugh

Joyce Beaugh has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Senior Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Chevron since November 2007, with a focus on strategy, planning, and analytics. Previous roles at Chevron include Technical Learning Performance Consultant and Manager of Staffing and Development, where Joyce's team focuses on acquiring and developing talent for ultra-deep water drilling operations. Joyce also served as Manager for the BP/Chevron Drilling Training Alliance, delivering technical training across 14 countries. Additional experience includes roles as a Board Member for Cherish Our Children International and Learning Consultant at Shell Trading, along with various positions in Talent and Learning at ConocoPhillips, where Joyce began as an Engineering Technician. Joyce holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Teacher Education from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
