Justin Pajer

Justin Pajer, MBA, is an accomplished leader within Chevron, currently serving as Global Product Line Manager for Industrial Engine Oils, Driveline & Hydraulic Fluids, and Fuels since August 2009. Pajer has held several senior roles, including Senior Manager for Americas Sales Operations and Advisor to the President for Americas Products, where responsibilities included driving initiatives for sales efficiency and providing strategic input to the North America Leadership Team. With a strong track record in change management and sales leadership, Pajer has contributed significantly to the organization's profitability through effective pipeline management and sales process improvement. Additionally, Pajer has experience in technical support management, retail business consulting, and has participated in key organizational projects focusing on sales role execution.
