Lucas Mejicanos

Lucas Mejicanos brings extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, with a notable tenure at Chevron from January 2008 to July 2025 as Business Improvement Manager, driving performance improvement initiatives and overseeing competitive projects and turnarounds. Previously, Lucas served as Senior Manager Operations at the Richmond Refinery and held various roles in project management and operations. At Texaco, Lucas coordinated Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and contributed as a Refinery Operations Engineer and Process Engineer. A quality assurance background was developed at Duralux S.A. as Quality Control Superintendent. Lucas holds an MBA from Universidad Francisco Marroquín and a Chemical Engineering degree from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala.
