Reece Wooten

Reece Wooten is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience at Chevron since July 2018, currently serving as Lead Data Scientist in the supply chain business unit, where responsibilities include leading a team to develop machine learning and optimization tools and contributing to Chevron's data science strategy. Previous experience includes roles as a Data Scientist focused on machine learning models, a Supplemental Instructor at The University of Texas at Austin, and leadership positions in organizations such as Omicron Delta Epsilon and The Texas Economic Association. Reece also has a background in analytics and big data, demonstrated through an internship, and possesses entrepreneurial experience in landscaping management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Analytics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, both from The University of Texas at Austin.
