Rochna Kaul has extensive experience in corporate and marketing leadership, primarily within Chevron, where positions have included General Manager of Downstream Corporate Affairs, Global Sector Manager, and Vice President of Fuels and Lubricants, covering regions such as Europe, Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, and Global Marine. With additional responsibilities as North America Consumer Retail Sales Manager, Rochna has demonstrated expertise in managing high-performing teams across various retail sectors. Prior experience includes roles at Philips Electronics as Global Product Manager, Hindustan Unilever Ltd as Brand Manager for Lakme Skin Care, and Unilever India as Area Sales Manager. Rochna holds an MBA in Marketing from the Asian Institute of Management, earned between 1995 and 1997.
