Rose Haddon is an experienced strategic adviser in Aboriginal affairs currently with Chevron since February 2024. Previously, Rose served as Lead Traditional Owner Engagement at Rio Tinto and played a pivotal role in developing indigenous engagement strategies, managing compliance and governance, and driving cross-stakeholder collaboration. Rose has also held positions as Principal - Governance, Transformation and Reporting at Rio Tinto, Independent Consultant at HaddonHouse Consulting and Cicero Consulting Group, and Director of Regulatory Affairs at Jordan Cove LNG, where significant achievements included regulatory approval management and Indigenous engagement. Earlier roles included Senior Environmental Specialist at BHP Billiton and environmental regulatory positions with INPEX Ichthys LNG and the Department of Environment and Conservation in Western Australia. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Biological Sciences from the University of Oxford and a Master of Science in Environmental Sustainability from The University of Edinburgh.
