Sam Chow

Sam Chow, PHR, SHRM-CP, has over 25 years of experience in organizational capability and leadership development. Currently serving as a Senior Program Advisor for the Chevron Advanced Management Program since March 2006, Sam Chow specializes in the design, development, and execution of executive leadership programs, along with coordinating data analytics and assessments. Previously held positions include University Recruiting Advisor and Manager of Organizational Capability at Chevron, as well as Past State Director for the SHRM CA State Council from January 2011 to December 2012. Sam Chow's earlier career includes serving as Firm Administrator at Klein DeNatale Goldner from September 1992 to March 2006. Sam Chow holds a degree from California State University, Bakersfield.
