Sierra Swasey

Sierra Swasey possesses a strong background in both chemical research and network optimization within the corporate sector. With a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Harvard University, earned in January 2008, Sierra's professional experience includes roles at Chevron from December 2018 to February 2022, advancing from Global Network Optimization Analyst to Team Lead of Regional Planning, and finally to AMR Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling Supervisor. Prior to that, Sierra contributed to organic chemistry research on HDAC inhibitors as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Broad Institute from June 2006 to May 2008. Additionally, Sierra participated in Radcliffe Rugby during university studies.
