Terry Hartman

Terry Hartman is a highly experienced professional with over 40 years in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a semi-retired process safety consultant at Chevron since March 2014, Terry previously held the position of HES & Process Safety Engineer for 25 years, where expertise included 8 years in engineering design and construction, 15 years in fire and process safety as a subject matter expert in process safety, risk management, and root cause analysis, along with 3 years as Loss Prevention Supervisor in Malongo, Angola. Prior to tenure at Chevron, Terry operated as a self-employed engineering contractor from 1973 to 1987 in Houston, Texas. Educational credentials include a degree from the University of Missouri, obtained between 1967 and 1973.
