Thomas S.

Thomas S. serves as a Staff Product Engineering Specialist at Chevron since August 2007, acting as a subject matter expert for fuels and providing critical technical support for fuel quality incidents in the Southwest region. Previously, Thomas held the role of Senior Fuels Chemist, specializing in aviation and diesel fuels, as well as alternative fuels. Additional academic experience includes serving as a Visiting Professor and Lecturer at the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Visiting Scientist at Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej in Poland. Thomas commenced his career as an Engineering Intern at DuPont. Educational credentials include a PhD and MS in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, and dual BS degrees in Chemical Engineering and Materials Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
