Victoria Harris

Victoria (Vicki) Harris is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and application platform engineering. At Chevron, from January 2018 to November 2021, Vicki served as the Chief Information Officer for Chevron New Energies, where the focus was on delivering AI-enabled digital solutions across various new energy sectors. As Head of Application Platform Engineering Services, Vicki facilitated the development and delivery of critical tools and platforms, ensuring security and promoting citizen development initiatives. In the role of Head of Enterprise Cloud, Vicki accomplished significant advancements in cloud migration and software delivery automation, integrating Agile and DevOps practices. Earlier in Vicki's career, a managerial position in International Network Systems at Verizon Business was held from May 2001 to February 2003. Vicki holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, earned between January 1987 and January 1991.
