VP Organizational Development And Transformation at Chevron Federal Credit Union

Breanna King has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Breanna is currently working as the VP of Organizational Development and Transformation at Chevron Federal Credit Union since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Helix Electric from 2016 to 2022, first as the University Relations Director where they created and managed an intern program, and then as the Organizational Development Sr. Manager where they collaborated with instructional design teams and developed training programs. Before that, they were an Advanced Placement US History, Economics, and US Government Teacher at Jefferson County Public Schools from 2014 to 2016. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an IB History & Economics Teacher at Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart, where they designed and implemented differentiated curriculum based on the International Baccalaureate standards.

Breanna King holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, which they obtained from the University of Colorado Boulder from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in History from the same university, studying from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their academic degrees, Breanna has obtained various certifications, including the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in February 2022 and the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in March 2020. Breanna is also a member of the International Coaching Federation and has received the ICF Member Badge in October 2021. Furthermore, Breanna has certifications as an Advanced Placement US History Teacher from The College Board, an Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification - Classroom from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand, and an IB History and IB Economics Certified Teacher from the International Baccalaureate Program. Breanna is also qualified as a Secondary Education Teacher (Grades 6-12) as recognized by the Colorado Department of Education.
