Mark Catalano

Mark Catalano is a highly experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analyst currently working at Chevron Federal Credit Union since February 2019. With a strong background in quality assurance and customer support, Mark has held various roles including Sr. QA Engineer Lead at Advisor Software and Head of Customer Support & Quality Assurance at Scoopshot. Prior experience includes positions at MSCI Barra, Wells Fargo, and Charles Schwab, where Mark demonstrated expertise in software testing, test planning, and defect tracking. Mark also took time off to care for a child while enhancing skills through coursework in Salesforce, SQL, Agile, and ISTQB. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Chico, and has contributed to community service as a volunteer in Clayton, CA.
