Michelle Laramore

Michelle Laramore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Evonik since January 2010. In this role, Michelle provides compliance oversight across various GMP areas, drives investigations, and resolves deviations through collaboration with multiple departments. Prior to Evonik, Michelle held several positions at Eli Lilly and Company from June 1992 to December 2009, including QA Representative, Lab Supervisor, and Lab Technician, where responsibilities included compliance oversight, staff supervision, and laboratory training. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry from Ferris State University and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
