David Cagney

David Cagney is an experienced IT professional and entrepreneur with extensive expertise in infrastructure, mobility, and project management. Currently serving as an IT Global Infrastructure Remote Connectivity and Mobility Analyst IT Specialist at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company since May 2013, David is responsible for the worldwide management of mobility and wireless devices. As CEO and Owner of Rock Star Art since May 2011, David promotes artists and musicians in Texas and California. Additionally, David owns and operates Space City Limousines, providing premium transportation services in the Houston area. David's previous roles include IT Professional Consultant at Wood Group and Dell Project Manager for ExxonMobil's Windows 7 and Office 2010 rollout. David's early career includes significant positions at Dell, Zebec Data Systems, Harris County Hospital District, BMC Software, and Halliburton. David holds a degree from Texas A&M University and graduated from Bellaire High School.
