Joel Noyes

Joel Noyes has a comprehensive background in government and external affairs, currently serving as the Director of Government & External Affairs at Hess Corporation since July 2013, after holding the position of Senior Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes a Vice President role at Hill+Knowlton Strategies and a Director position at Public Strategies, Inc. Notably, Joel Noyes also contributed to the Independent Petroleum Association of America as the Director of Government Relations & Industry Affairs and held various positions at the Executive Office of the President and in the office of Congressman Kevin Brady. Joel Noyes earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
