Paul Hobson

Paul Hobson has over 16 years of experience in the chemical engineering sector, currently serving as Manager of Petrochemicals & Specialties in Global Process Engineering at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company since December 2007. In this role, Paul leads a team of process engineering experts to support projects and turnarounds at plants worldwide. Previous positions include Process Engineer for chemicals units within a refinery and Process Development Engineer focusing on the development and improvement of various petrochemical processes. Paul began a career in chemical engineering with a Chemical Engineering Co-op at Dow Corning in early 2001. Paul holds an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
