Darren Gagan

Darren Gagan has extensive experience in the field of HR, holding various roles at different companies throughout their career. Most recently, they worked at Chevron Traffic Management as the Group Head of the People Team, responsible for ensuring the safety of employees and the general public during traffic management projects. Prior to that, they were the HR Business Partner at ReddeNorthgate, where they provided strategic and operational guidance, implemented cultural change programs, and supported colleague engagement. Darren also served as the Head of HR Operations at Nationwide Crash Repair Centres, leading strategic and operational initiatives and providing guidance to the company's directors. Their accomplishments at Nationwide include implementing a company-wide succession plan, introducing an apprentice program, and improving employee engagement through an Employee Council. Before that, they held roles such as HR Operations Manager at Haldanes, where they managed all HR functions and trade union relationships, and Employee Relations Manager at Superquinn Select Holdings. Darren started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Sainsbury's Supermarkets, where they gained valuable experience in the field.
