David Engelberg

David Engelberg is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Clubhouse Dining Manager and Winter Center Assistant Manager at Chevy Chase Club since June 2021. Prior to this, David held various roles at Hilton McLean Tysons Corner from October 2015 to July 2021, including Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Supervisor. Earlier experience includes a Food and Beverage Manager in Training position at Erin Hills Golf Course, where responsibilities encompassed supervising dining service and managing inventory ahead of the 2017 US Open. David also underwent managerial training at Army Navy Country Club and gained initial experience as a seasonal employee there. An internship at Charlotte City Club further refined David's skills. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Restaurant Food and Beverage Management from Johnson & Wales University, completed in 2014.
