Travis Zissu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries, with a focus on innovation, culinary expertise, and customer service.

Travis started their career as an Assistant Program Director (Intern) at Hexagon Language in 2009. Travis then worked as a Sales Representative at Green Impulse Marketing for a few months in 2011.

In 2009, Travis also joined Babysmart USA, where they served as a Customer Service/Trade Show Representative. In this role, they were responsible for handling customer and consumer inquiries and implementing online tools for collecting and addressing consumer questions and concerns. Travis also played a key role in new product/package design and worked with various Microsoft office tools.

In 2014, Travis worked as a Garde Manger at Trap Rock Restaurant & Brewery, gaining valuable hands-on experience in culinary arts.

Travis then joined Firmenich in 2015 as a Culinary Extern, where they further honed their culinary skills.

In 2017, Travis joined Gnt Usa as an Application Specialist, a role they held until 2021. During this time, they played a crucial role in application development and provided expert support to Gnt Usa's customers.

In 2019, Travis founded their own company, Zoto Beverages. As the Founder, they took charge of all aspects of the business, demonstrating their entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills.

Most recently, Travis joined Chew in 2021, initially serving as an R&D Chef & Project Lead before being promoted to the role of Innovation Strategist.

Travis Zissu obtained their Bachelor of Culinary Science from The Culinary Institute of America, where they studied Culinary Science and Culinology from 2014 to 2017.
