Joe Paulsen

Joe Paulsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and military service. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Administrator at Chewy since June 2022, Joe is responsible for reviewing escalations in partnership with Fulfillment Center leadership and overseeing safety-related concerns. Previous roles at Chewy include Human Resources Administrator and Human Resources Specialist, where responsibilities included managing time and attendance data and facilitating new hire orientations. Joe's background in the United States Marine Corps includes positions such as Regional Quality Assurance Manager, where oversight of new Marine recruits and training was critical, and Military Recruiter. Joe also served as a Safety and Respiratory Protection program manager with the United States Department of the Navy. Educationally, Joe is pursuing further studies at Grand Canyon University, following completion of an Emergency Medical Technology/Technician certificate at Copper Mountain Community College.
