Jose Garcia Herron

Jose Garcia Herron serves as the Senior Director and Head of Healthcare Marketing at Chewy since January 2017, where responsibilities have included leadership in brand and marketing for private brands and category management for national brands in premium consumables. Prior to Chewy, Jose held the position of Senior Manager at Post Consumer Brands, overseeing general management for sheeted ready-to-eat cereals and international business management. Jose's career began at General Mills, where multiple roles in marketing included managing Progresso Soup innovation and various associate marketing manager positions. Early experience includes working as Category Manager at Colombiana de Comercio and as a Marketing Analyst at Orbitel S.A Telecom. Jose holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia.
