Julie Shields

Julie Shields is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and design within the supply chain sector. Currently serving as Manager of FC Design and Robotics Engineering at Chewy since September 2021, Julie previously held various engineering roles at FedEx Supply Chain, contributing to projects generating over $70 million in annual revenue. During this time, Julie was responsible for technical project oversight, customer presentations, and facility design analysis. Julie’s earlier experience includes an Industrial Engineering Co-Op at FedEx and an internship at Miller Welding & Machine Company. Julie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
