Matt Kaiser

Matt Kaiser is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Deputy Director of Human Resources at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center since June 2018. Previously, Matt held various positions at Wyoming Medical Center from October 1995 to September 2013, culminating in the role of Vice President of Employee Services, where Matt led HR programs during a transformative period in the industry. Key responsibilities included talent management, benefits transformation, and organizational effectiveness. Matt's earlier roles included Director of Human Resources, where leadership of multiple departments and a budget of approximately $15 million was achieved, and Manager of Human Resources, overseeing comprehensive HR functions. Matt began as an HR Generalist, expanding responsibilities amid organizational challenges. Matt holds a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Mary and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Wyoming.
