Sukhendra Rompally is the Founder & CEO of Chezuba, aHR-tech startup which uses assessments of various forms to find the right candidate for a job. Sukhendra has over 5 years of experience in business development and operations management.

Prior to Chezuba, Sukhendra was the Global Business Development Manager at Gamesofa Inc, a mobile gaming company with millions of daily active users. At Gamesofa, Sukhendra grew the business by expanding into new markets and building partnerships with major game publishers.

Before Gamesofa, Sukhendra was the Business Operations Manager at Shortlist Professionals, an HR-tech startup which uses assessments of various forms to find the right candidate for a job. At Shortlist, Sukhendra managed client engagements and oversaw the creation of assessments used to evaluate candidates. Sukhendra also conducted A/B tests and used business analytics to drive the optimization of the processes.

Sukhendra Rompally has a Bachelor of Technology in Mining Machinery Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad. Sukhendra also has certifications from ExpertRating Solutions in Project Management (expert level) and American TESOL Institute in TEFL.
