Aanjel Clayton

Aanjel Clayton is an experienced professional in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, currently serving as an Inclusion and Belonging Consultant at CHG Healthcare since August 2023. Previously, Aanjel held the position of Executive Director at New Pattern Utah from 2021 to 2023 and worked as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant at Shift SLC during the same period. Aanjel also contributed as a Global DEI Strategist & Trainer at PowerToFly between 2021 and 2022. Expertise in human resources was demonstrated during a tenure at Western Governors University from 2019 to 2021, and earlier experience includes roles at Zions Bank in Retail/Diversity & Inclusion from 2017 to 2019 and in the Mayor's Office of Diversity Affairs at Salt Lake County from 2013 to 2016. Aanjel Clayton holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University.
