Bill Peace

Bill Peace has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the field of IT and product management. Bill worked as the SVP, Product Management at CHG Healthcare, overseeing multiple healthcare staffing brands and technology companies. Prior to this, they served as the VP, Product Management at Centene Corporation.

Earlier in their career, Bill held several positions at Bayer, including VP, Monsanto IT Integration Lead and VP, CIO and Head of Business Services. Bill was responsible for leading IT integration programs, establishing shared services functions, and developing IT strategies for various business units. Bill also played a key role in organizational change management and talent development initiatives.

Before joining Bayer, Bill worked at Bayer MaterialScience, where they served as a Competitiveness Transformation Project Lead and held various management positions in supply chain and application management. Bill also worked as the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at ApplicationsOnline, LLC.

Prior to these roles, Bill served as the Manager of Application Hosting, Technology, and Operations at Bayer Corporate and Business Services.

Throughout their career, Bill has demonstrated a strong focus on driving organizational efficiencies, leading change initiatives, and fostering employee engagement.

Bill Peace has an MBA with a focus on Strategic Planning, Marketing, and E-commerce from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business. Bill also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. In addition to their formal education, Bill has obtained various certifications including Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in 2009, Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS in 2008, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification in 2003, and Project Management Professional from PMI in 2002.
