Kerry Norman

Early in her career Kerry Norman, senior vice president, People and Operations, would have described herself as a “spreadsheet person.” A graduate of Boston College in economics, Kerry was fascinated by the world of finance. Her career began with a national investment company where she was selected for their leadership program. That’s where she discovered her other love — connecting company success with talent acquisition and employee growth. Throughout her career, Kerry has focused on employee development.
