Rachel Heitz

Rachel Heitz has a solid work experience spanning over several years. Rachel started their career in 1993 as a Manager of Business Operations at Human Affairs International/Magellan Behavioral Health. Rachel then moved on to work at American Express as a Project Manager from 2000 to 2007. Following that, Rachel joined CHG Healthcare in 2007 and held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Project Management & Software Development, Vice President of Information Technology, and currently serves as the Vice President of Product Delivery & Operational Excellence. In their current role, Rachel leads teams responsible for implementing digital solutions and ensuring alignment on business processes and data definitions.

Rachel Heitz attended Montana State University-Bozeman from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
