Stephen Tracy

Stephen Tracy is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Financial Operations at CHG Healthcare, a role held since October 2018. Tracy has progressed through several finance-related positions at CHG, including Director II of Finance and Director of Clients Receivable. Additionally, Tracy has contributed to the Utah Symphony | Utah Opera as an Associate Board Member since March 2025. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Target, where Tracy served as Store Director and Executive Team Leader from May 2010 to October 2018. Educationally, Tracy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Utah Valley University, obtained in 2010.
