Prior to Chhaya, Shawon held the position of Head of Product and Marketing at Healthcare Information System Limited, leading the launch of a digital health platform and establishing key partnerships for micro-health coverage. Shawon's career includes significant roles at Grameenphone Ltd, where product and sales strategies resulted in notable sales growth and market penetration. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Environment & Development from the National University of Malaysia and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from North South University.
