Cassie Goulet is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 14 years of experience at CHI Health, where roles have included Director of Human Resources, Senior Human Resource Business Partner, HR Generalist, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a Director, Cassie aligns business objectives with strategic goals, providing evidence-based consulting to executive leadership on various HR issues including employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Prior to CHI Health, Cassie served as Executive Team Leader of Human Resources for Target, managing HR functions for both hourly and exempt employees. Cassie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Speech and Communications from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, along with early education at Central Community College and Lakeview High School.
