Prentice O. Lipsey

Prentice Lipsey, MHSA, currently serves as President and Senior Vice President of Operations at CHI Living Communities, a position held since October 2020. Previously, Prentice held various significant roles including Administrator for Drake Hospital Transitional and Extended Care at UC Health, Executive Director at St. Leonard Franciscan Living Community, and Chief Executive Officer at Kindred Cleveland Gateway Hospital. With extensive experience in healthcare operations, Prentice managed the growth of a substantial community campus and oversaw the operations of skilled nursing facilities, hospice programs, and home health services. Prentice holds a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from Xavier University and a Change Management Certification from Cornell University, complementing a strong background in cytogenetics and clinical laboratory settings.
