Kehinde Alo

Kehinde Alo has had a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2006, they worked at Ecobank Nigeria as an HR Strategy Officer until 2012. From 2012 to 2019, they served as an HR Manager at Excel Professional Services Ltd. Currently, they are the Group Head of Learning & Development at Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group, a position they have held since November 2019. In this role, Kehinde is responsible for improving employee productivity, assessing and implementing training initiatives, and enhancing performance within the organization.

Kehinde Alo's education history includes two notable academic achievements. From 2000 to 2005, they attended the University of Lagos, where they studied Business Administration. Following that, from 2007 to 2008, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in International Management and Strategy at the University of Reading. In addition to their degrees, Kehinde also obtained the ACIPM certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria in February 2016.
