Onome Agomate

Onome Agomate has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources management. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Boston College. In 2007, they joined Notore Plc as the Group Human Resources Director, where they successfully built and managed the HR function, oversaw talent acquisition and management, and implemented various HR policies and systems. This role also involved strategic advisory and partnering with the C-suite executives. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a consultant at Rensource Energy, heading the People, Performance, & Culture department. They focused on developing and aligning people practices and strategy.
