Makena Tsuneishi

Makena Tsuneishi is currently a NA/DTC Content & Email Marketing Co-op at New Balance, having joined in July 2024, and serves as a Teaching Assistant for MKTG3720 Brand Management at Northeastern University since August 2024. As President of Kinematix Dance Troupe, the premier hip hop dance team at Northeastern, Makena leads initiatives within the organization. In addition, Makena holds multiple positions within the Chi Sigma Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi, including Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator, VP of Membership, and Membership Chair. Previous experience includes roles as an Associate Consultant at Chi Sigma Consulting and a Marketing and Design Associate at NUImpact. Makena also has a background in growth marketing with an internship at Kyte and digital media experience from CompuLabsCloud™. The academic journey includes pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration at Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics at The American College of Greece. Notably, Makena enhanced student engagement significantly during tenure at Mills College at Northeastern University.
