Sydney Schuler is an experienced educator currently serving as an On-Line Instructional Facilitator at Project Lead The Way since June 2013, overseeing a STEM cohort of up to 20 teachers. Sydney has also held the position of Master Teacher, providing training for school district educators on the Gateway to Technology Middle School curriculum. With a background in teacher training, Sydney has contributed to various educational conferences and served as a Peer Mentor at the New Teacher Center, enhancing the effectiveness of new teachers and school leaders. Additionally, Sydney has extensive experience as a STEM Educator and Instructional Coach in LaGrange School District #102, where engagement with community organizations to foster business/school partnerships was a key focus. Sydney's commitment to innovative teaching is exemplified by the selection as a Master Science Teacher at BetterLesson, contributing to national educational resources. Sydney holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Education from Northern Illinois University.

Since then, CAF has grown to become one of the largest cultural organizations inChicago. For more than 50 years, our 450 volunteer docents and our educators have shared the stories of Chicago architecture with millions of Chicagoans and visitors. In 2016, CAF served more than 670,000 people.
