Julia Hawley

Julia Hawley currently serves as the Associate Director, Global Strategy at Ford Motor Company, a position held since February 2024, after previously serving in similar strategic roles at the same company from 2017 to 2023. Additionally, Julia contributes as a Volunteer Docent at the Detroit Institute of Arts and has held leadership roles such as Associate Director of Partnerships at Michigan Central and Board Member for Women in Mobility. Julia's early career includes impactful internships at Tesla and Mujeres Solares/Grupo Fenix, and various analytic roles at J. Crew and Google.
