Nikia Fitch, MBA, has extensive experience in administrative roles, currently serving as an Executive Administrative Assistant at the Chicago Association of REALTORS® since April 2016. Prior to this position, Nikia worked as a Personal Shopping Administrative Assistant at American Girl from August 2008 to April 2016, where responsibilities included managing client inquiries, booking appointments, supporting marketing initiatives, and facilitating communication between Personal Shoppers and management. Nikia holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
