Kevin Vargas

Kevin Vargas currently serves as the Vice President of Client Services at Chicago Atlantic Group, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Kevin managed the Investor Relations function for two real estate funds at Brauvin Real Estate from November 2017 to April 2023. Kevin's earlier experience includes roles at KPMG US as a Senior Audit Associate and Audit Intern, where assistance was provided in quality audit services. Additionally, Kevin has experience as a Sales Analyst Associate at Constellation and as an Equipment Manager for Cook County Government. Early career positions included accounting and market research roles at Midland IRA and CA VENTURES, LLC, respectively. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from DePaul University, where various leadership roles and mentoring responsibilities were also undertaken.
