Pamela Geddes has a diverse work experience in academia and research. Pamela started their career at Loyola University Chicago in 2004 as a Post-doctoral Research Associate and worked there until 2006. Pamela then joined Loyola University again in 2007 as an NSF Post-doctoral Fellow until 2009. In 2009, they joined Northeastern Illinois University as an Assistant Professor and later progressed to the position of Associate Professor in 2015. Pamela'smost recent role at Northeastern Illinois University is as a Professor, which they started in August 2021. Additionally, they have also worked as a Research Associate at the Chicago Botanic Garden since 2011.
Pamela Geddes has an extensive education history in the field of biology. Pamela obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Ecology and Evolution from the University of Chicago in 2004.
