Rachel Rosenberg has a diverse work experience history. Rachel started their career as the Public Information Officer at the Smart Museum of Art at the University of Chicago from 1990 to 1993, where they handled media relations and organized arts and academic programming. From 1993 to 2000, they worked as the Director of Public Affairs at Northwestern University's School of Communication, where they managed public programs and publications and developed outreach initiatives. Rachel then transitioned to becoming the Executive Director of the Midwest Pesticide Action Center (formerly Safer Pest Control Project) from 2003 to 2013, where they advocated for reducing pesticide use and communicated with stakeholders about pesticide-related issues.
