David Shell

David Shell is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas, pulp and paper, and power industries. Since October 2018, David has served as a Senior Construction Manager at McDermott International Inc., overseeing construction activities, pneumatics testing, hydro testing, and pre-commissioning for the Meg and Cracker units during night shifts. Prior to this role, David held positions as Construction Manager at CB&I, where responsibilities included oil and gas projects, and at SW&B, focusing on pulp, paper, and power groups. David’s earlier career includes a Project Manager role at S & B Engineers and Constructors, Ltd. centered on pulp and paper and a lengthy tenure at Kellogg Brown and Root pty ltd as Project Assistant Manager and Millwright Superintendent working across various sectors. David graduated from Jackson High School in 1973.
