Scott Russ has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and companies. Scott started their career at PDM in 1990 as an Engineering Team Leader, overseeing a team of engineers and designers. In 2001, PDM was purchased by CB&I, and Scott transferred to the Project Controls department. Scott worked as a Senior Project Controls Engineer, handling various cost and schedule roles before leading the development of the company's in-house Project Controls system called GPS. In 2007, they transitioned to a Senior Project Engineer role, where they managed engineering subcontracts and coordinated efforts for large projects. In 2015, Scott became the Business Relationship Director for Engineering Systems at CB&I. Lastly, they held the position of Principal Project Engineer, where they continued to coordinate and manage engineering subcontracts and led the development of engineering management reports.

Scott Russ earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Iowa State University between 1985 and 1989.
