Michael Solot is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in private equity and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as Managing Director at Chicago Capital Partners since February 2018, Michael focuses on developing long-term business partnerships and making controlling equity investments in profitable enterprises. As Principal at Blue Orion LLC since 2009, Michael advises and invests in early-stage and middle-market businesses. Previously, Michael held leadership positions at AGR Partners, Wind Point Partners, Werner Ladder Co, Goldman Sachs & Co, and Bain & Company, demonstrating a robust background in finance, strategic growth, and management across various industries. Michael earned an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from The Wharton School.
